Amit runs the relationship with the person actually buying - from first site visit through to handover and after. In a redevelopment or society deal, that includes the harder conversations: existing residents, committees, and the trust a construction timeline needs to hold.

He maintains a policy of absolute transparency, ensuring buyers and society members receive clear guidance across every phase of development and handover.

Maoulik leads the construction and delivery side of Samyaktva Realty, drawing on a background built inside Apexa Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, where he's been responsible for turning residential and commercial concepts into landmarks that hold up on-site as well as they do on paper - across Ahmedabad and North Gujarat.

His approach is that speed and quality aren't a trade-off if the planning happens early: both medium-sized and large projects get built to high-efficiency delivery cycles, without treating "fast-track" as a licence to lower the standard a unit is finished to.

The other half of the job, for him, is that a building sits in a place long after the client has moved in. A structure should add something to the street it's on, not just occupy the plot.

Jigar owns the numbers side of every project before ground is broken - land title and due diligence, RERA registration, project financing, and cost structuring across the unit mix.

His background ensures financial clarity and legal rigor before any site work commences, protecting timelines and capital efficiency across every residential and commercial project.

Umang sits between the architect's concept and the site's reality - coordinating consultants, resolving what a beautiful elevation costs to actually construct, and holding the line when design ambition and structural or budget limits pull in different directions.

By aligning design blueprints closely with on-site structural execution, Umang ensures that every rendering translates into a physically immaculate space.

Aman currently leads business operations at Apexa Group, the multidisciplinary organisation Samyaktva operates under, spanning HR and workforce solutions, audit and compliance, IT platforms, and BPO/KPO operations. Her focus is the layer where strategy stops being a slide and becomes a working system - org design, digital platforms, and the partnerships that connect the group's businesses.

She trained in an Integrated MBA at Ahmedabad University and sharpened her read on large organisations during internships with Hindustan Unilever and GlaxoSmithKline. She's also an Independent Director at Alltech Group, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainability Management at SUMAS, Switzerland.
